Certes Networks Technical Support provides phone and/or email support for installation, configuration and general technical support of all Certes Networks’ products. You can select from a number of plans which provide support up to 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
After normal business hours, support calls will be routed to an engineer on call that night who will respond within 15 minutes.
